We know how exciting it is to receive something special in the post, so we take care to make sure every Mina Mae order is beautifully prepared and safely on its way to you.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver across the UK.
Standard Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and are usually delivered within 4-5 working days after dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Express Delivery
Need your order a little sooner?
Express Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working day and are usually delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery cost: £4.45
Please note that selecting express delivery does not necessarily mean your order will be dispatched on the same day. Please check the estimated dispatch time above before ordering.
Christmas Delivery
Christmas is a particularly special time at Mina Mae, and we want to make sure your keepsakes arrive in plenty of time.
During the festive season, our delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased demand and postal services.
We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Our Christmas order deadline will be announced here each year.
Please remember that once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control. We recommend allowing plenty of time for your order to arrive, particularly during December.
International Delivery
We currently deliver to; USA, Canada, Australia, Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, The Netherlands
International Delivery:
Estimated delivery time: 10-20 working days depending on customs.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that international delivery times can vary and may be affected by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information where tracking is available.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
If you haven’t received your dispatch email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
My Order Hasn't Arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us at hello@minamae.co.uk and include your order number.
We'll be happy to look into this for you.
Please bear in mind that delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be affected by postal delays, particularly during busy periods.
Damaged Parcels
We take great care when packaging your Mina Mae order.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@minamae.co.uk, including your order number and photographs of the packaging and item.
We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
A Little Note About Delivery
Once your order has been handed to the delivery provider, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely and within their estimated timeframe. While we can't be responsible for delays caused by postal services, we will always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
